i think it is the right time for us all (Lao, Thai, Cambodian as well as other Southeast Asian people..especially the first two) to come and help each one another to develop our countries. let's think about europian people. they let all the past events go and don't think about revenge and now they become one in the form of the europian union. isn't that good???..i think all southeast asian people want to have that day too (the day we all are hand in hand helping one another as brothers and sisters from the same parents). so why don't we make it??? why do we waste our time figting one another and provoking conflict among ourself???..isn't that too silly???(infact, it really is). so what pulls us back??? let's form a union for our better and bright future!!!
in case of Lao and Thai language. i think Lao people should be a bit more flexible and open-minded. there is nothing wrong when we can speak Thai. Infact, we should be proud of ourselves that we have that ability while Thai people can understand only one third of our language. we (Lao) all should keep in mind that the second wife of our King Fangum (who we all respect and worship) IS Thai (King Fangum married a Thai King's daughter after King Fangum's first wife passed away)....one more thing, europian people are very happy to study their neighbour countries' languages despite the fact that the languages are pretty much semilar..so it is not the wrong thing to speak Thai to thai people.....
Lao and Thai people are brothers and sisters since the age of King Kunboolom..
so it is time for us all to do the right thing by simply supporting one another

ອັນທີ່ຈິງ ຖ້າເວົ້າໃນທາງກັບກັນ ຄົນໄທເອງກໍນ່າຈະຮຽນພາສາລາວໄວ້ເຊ່ນກັນ ແຕ່ທີ່ບ່ຮຽນນັ້ນ ເພາະເຫດໃດກໍນ່າຈະຮູ້ກັນ ນ່າເສຍດາຍເນາະ
ຂ້ອຍເປັນຄນໄທເກິດຢູ່ບາງກອກ ຍັງສນໃຈຮຽນພາສາລາວຈນພອອ່ານອອກຂຽນໄດ້ ຮຽນດ້ວຍຕນເອງ ແຕ່ອອກມາບ່ຄ້າຍພາສາລາວປານໃດ ແຕ່ອ່ານພວກຂໍ້ຄວາມໃນເວັບນີ່ ອ່ານອອກສະບາຍ ມັກຕັວອັກສອນລາວດ້ວຍ ເວລາວ່າງກໍຫັດຄັດເປັນປະຈຳ

I'm from thailand but i understand you because we have very close language / culture /attitude .In every society there's somebody/ somegroup of people that i call "trash" they never had the common sense of being togather ... in the name of thai people i have to apologize for everything our "trash" has hurt you ..i always respect you

How did happend The manager of this magazine shounl shecking every colum before on sale,don't make funny to lao people,don't forget half thai country all lao blood, if you don't understand lao lecture please restpec our ansestor you are destroy our country in the past we never never FORGOT but forgive you ,because LAO love peace,your King mother is blood of LAO xiengthong Luang prabang you shounl do to us like you better thand LAO.
