25 countries to attend regional meetings in Laos
Vientiane (VNA) - Delegates from 25 countries, including ASEAN members and partners, and ASEAN Regional Forum members and dialogue partners, are expected to attend regional meetings scheduled in Laos from July 26-27, said Lao Deputy Foreign Minister Phongsavat Boupha.
Speaking at a meeting of foreign ambassadors and charge d'affairs in Vientiane on April 26, Phongsavat reported on Laos's preparations for the upcoming regional meetings, namely the 38th ASEAN Ministerial Meeting (AMM-38), the 12th Post-Ministerial Conference (PMC-12) and the ASEAN Regional Forum.
Laos has been preparing for the meetings at which documents are expected to be signed, he added.--Enditem
