A FAREWELL reception for the 30 Lao students heading to Japan on scholarships from the Japanese government was held at the Japanese Ambassador's residence last Thursday. Hosted by Japanese Ambassador Makoto Katsura, the event was attended by Mr Phonemek Dalaloy, Public Health Minister and President of Laos-Japan Friendship Association, and Professor Borsaengkham Vongdala, Deputy Minister of Education. Of the 30 students, three would be doing their PhD, five would be doing master's degree, three bachelor's degree, 15 advanced level study, and four would be doing vocational training. Is it really but Laos Govern is Infact because Laos GOV just Send laos Student By Connection so The one who in Champasak Like me no one who be an officall of laos So I do not have Chance to get it
