Just a thought...
It's very important that women should take time to do some exercise or workout at least 2-3 times a week e.g: jogging or running or practice some karate or thai kickboxing or something... not only this will help protect yourself against men-predators but also keep you in good shape, aka-sexy hehe. Really it helps you a lot when you aged.

nowadays womam in Lao also attention to do more excercise, but sometimes if they work in the office it quite hard to them to do some excercise because they have work hard in their office, so when they come home they don't have time to do excercise i think we should do more excercise. don't mention about no have time to do, we can do it everytime if we want
