The Committee for Celebration of Vientiane-Moscow Day requests to invite former graduates from educational institutions in Moscow, Russian Federation and former Soviet Union, business people, officials, defence and security officers, Vientiane people and others to join Vientiane-Moscow Day to be held on 26-28 February.
The participants will enjoy free movies that are scheduled to start at 7.00 pm at Lao International Trade Exhibition Convention Centre (Lao ITECC), in Vientiane City during the tree-day celebration. The meeting between Moscow Mayor and former graduates from the former Soviet Union led by Prof. Dr Borsengkham Vongdara, Deputy Minister of Education will be held At 2.00 pm of 27 February at the National University of Laos. Vientiane-Moscow books will be published and other activities will be held to celebrate the day.
