Viet Nam has presented to Laos a master plan for socio-economic development of Vientiane capital till 2020.
Director of the Development Strategy Institute of the Ministry of Planning and Investment of Viet Nam Dr. Ngo Doan Vinh handed over the plan to Vientiane Deputy Governor Boonchan Singhavong in Vientiane on Mar. 14.
The plan was drawn up under a 6.5 billion VND project funded by the Vietnamese Government. A feasibility study on the project started in September 2001.-Enditem
