World Bank helps Laos improve environment

Vientiane (VNA) - The World Bank and Laos have signed a document in Vientiane, under which the WB will grant a non-refundable aid worth 4 million USD for a social-environmental project in Laos.

The project is aimed at building a firm legal foundation for environmental forecasting, monitoring and improving the environmental quality set forth in the national strategy for development and poverty reduction.

It will also help create favourable conditions for long-term activities of the environmental protection fund.-Enditem

Why the WB help lao PDR a littlle i think that is not enough fro developing the country?
And the if some Nation want to help Lao PDR pleas help alot is good.
