Khammuan GRAND Hotel provides service soon
Khammouan hotel that is located on Sethtathirath road, Nabo village, Thakhek district, khammmouan province will be improved to be a five-star hotel called Khammouan Grand within next 18 months.
According to the agreement sighed on 8 August in Khammouan province, in the beginning the LAO SV Group LTD and GL Group LTD Malaysia injected US$ 1,000,000 to restore Khammouan Hotel, which before was under management of Phoudoy Development Company. In the first year of the investment, the investors do not pay for Khammouam province, but in the second, third and fourth year they will pay US$ 1,500 per year. From the fifth year of the investment they will pay US$ 3,000 per year. Tax payments are based on the new amended tax law of the Lao PDR.
Located at 5,120 square metres, the old hotel building had five floors with 47 rooms. When the old hotel building is restored, the hotel will have six floors with 63 rooms. The investors try to restore the hotel to meet five-star standard.
Khammouan Grand hotel will consist of facilities, including convention rooms, entertainment site, relax rooms, game rooms, restaurant, fitness, traditional massage, business service centre and swimming pool.
