Easy to make NAM KHAO POUN fill with water till boil than put fish than put khao poun that`s it

first you put two teasthingys of oil in a pot along with two teasthingys of ground red pepper, a teasthingy of chopped garlic, three teasthingys of curry powder and sautee it in the pot. when it sizzles add one can of tuna fish that has been smashed. stir until hot and then add water to half the pot. Let it simmer then when its boiling add like five teasthingys of pa deak(stinky fish sauce)and also add parsley roots to the water for flavor. Then lastly add regular fish sauce, salt, and some pinches of sugar to ur taste. thats all simple as that.
